Jennifer McLeod Gantt, MSW is a graduate of the University of South Carolina where she obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and her Master's Degree in Social Work. Jennifer is also certified in meditation training and stress reduction techniques. Jennifer has over eight years experience in assisting individuals reduce their symptoms of PTSD due to domestic violence, sexual abuse, and accidents. Jennifer also specializes in preparing women for childbirth through breathing and meditation exercises. Jennifer has worked and volunteered with numerous local agencies such as Sistercare, Sexual Trauma Services of the Midlands and Palmetto Health. Jennifer has a passion for helping individuals decrease their stress so that they can live a healthy and peaceful life.

Shandelle Simmons, LMT
Shandelle Simmons, LMT has a natural gift for being a massage therapist with a strong desire to help people. She graduated from Southeastern Institute located in Columbia, SC in August of 2008 where she earned her certificate and was licensed by the state. She is an active member of the A.B.M.P and also passed her certification exam from the National Certification Board of Massage Therapy. Continuing education courses has enabled her to offer the most up to date and beneficial techniques in therapeutic bodywork. Shandelle uses the technique of integrating various modalities such as, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone massage, sports massage, prenatal/ postpartum/pregnancy massage, reflexology, and aromatherapy. Sessions are tailored to the client's individual needs with the intention of promoting ongoing wellness. Her goal is to create a safe, relaxed, comfortable environment for self-healing through positive touch.
